Interesting to say the least. While I agree that we should and will all suffer for the sake of Christ and His message, I don't believe God will not bless and/or prosper you with whatever He wishes. There's two sides for sure. I don't agree that's all that should be preached, because that's not the WHOLE Truth of the Gospel. But loss, suffering, being poor, isn't the whole truth either. Suffering for Christ's sake is really a product of living in a fallen world, right? God has plans to prosper us, not to harm us, right? There's a lot of preachers that only preach the "prosperity, weath, health" side of the Gospel....which isn't correct in my opinion, but doom and gloom isn't the only side of the Gospel either.
